Our villas are situated in the sought-after Cable Beach/Goodmans Bay area of Nassau, Bahamas, a prime tourist destination known for its luxury multi-million-dollar homes and condos. We're just a short walk from the Bahamar Resort, Casino, waterpark, and a variety of dining options.

We are owners and operators of our own vacation rentals in Nassau, Bahamas. We currently own two luxury villas for rent. We are located directly across the street from a sandy beach in the Cable Beach / Goodmans Bay area of Nassau, with each of our two villas having its own individual in-ground, private pool.

We live between both of our properties, each property is maintained by our staff, along with a full cleaning crew, pool and grounds maintenance crew. Our properties aren't your typical short-term rental in Bahamas, we offer a luxury rental at competitive rates compared to local hotels.

We have a full team of trusted service providers including taxi and delivery drivers, private chef and catering team and food/grocery delivery services.

We accept bookings through various vacation rental platforms. Additionally, we offer direct bookings through us directly. We accept wire transfers and cash.

If booking through one of our vacation rental partners, each have individual cancellation policies which vary. If booking direct through us, you may cancel up to 30 day prior to check-in for a full refund. Seasonal (high season) cancellation policy may differ.

The simple answer is no. We are a family friendly oriented operator of vacation homes. 

The sandy beach is located directly across the street from the properties, approximately a 15 second walk.

We have partnered with a local delivery service which can attend to all guests needs. Fast Food, Groceries, Pharmacy Items, Beverages... you list it, they deliver it.

Hotels in the area can range anywhere from $500 to $2,500 USD to night for 2 people, additionally resort fees and other fees can add up quickly. Our properties offer the ability for group stays, with each family / friend would have their own bedroom and all sharing a private pool. Savings can add up very quickly when booking our properties for larger families or groups of friends.
